The Dogs won 25-12, 25-9, 25-20. The junior varsity team won 25-17, 25-21. Morrilton will play in the Volley in the Valley Tournament in Russellville on Saturday. Senior outside hitter Maddie Adams received the Integrity Insurance Volleyball Player of the Week for week three of the season. Morrilton's ninth grade Devil Pup football team picked up its first win of the season, beating Van Buren on Thursday. The eighth grade team lost their game to the Pointers. The Devil Pups will play at Beebe next Thursday. The Morrilton High School football team is among several that have an open date this week.
