Sports physicals have been scheduled for May 3, 2022. These are free to all current 7th -11th student-athletes. All student-athletes and their parent/guardian must complete all online forms in Dragonfly prior to May 3. Student-athletes and parents/guardians need to log in to their Dragonfly account and click on "Prep for 22-23". Complete all forms except the physical. New physicals will be entered on May 3. If you prefer to go to your medical provider download the Arkansas Activities Asso approved form from the Morrilton Athletics Website to take to your provider. Link to Dragonfly:
